Anyway, here's Monster Girl Challenge #2 - The Centaur
This, hands down, is the longest I've ever spent on a single image. I spent altogether close to 15 hours on this pic, and I'm still not completely satisfied with how it came out. Color really isn't my ace card, but compared to my previous work, this is a step in the right direction. And despite the frustration I had, this was a really fun, challenging experience, and I'm learning a lot.
Also, I tried REALLY hard to avoid looking at Fred Moore's "centaurettes" from Fantasia. They're just such charming, appealing designs.
